Are you getting a fair deal from your landlord?

Issued 16 December 2009

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) has launched on its website a tool allowing tenants to enter their postcode and find social housing landlords in their area. They can also compare the average rent level of housing associations locally, and tenant satisfaction overall and with involvement opportunities and repairs.

The tool can be found on the TSA's website (www.tenantservicesauthority.org) under Find & compare landlords (top right-hand corner of the screen).

The data presented is drawn from information supplied by landlords, through the TSA's register of landlords and Regulatory Statistical Return. Landlords are expected to notify the TSA of any changes to the details held in the register. The website is updated every week with any changes to registered providers' details.
