OCHA residents could win £100

Issued 29 April 2010

OCHA is working with West Oxfordshire Council to study the quality and success of new homes built in the district by housing associations since 2004. Anyone living in a new home we’ve built in West Oxfordshire since this date is welcome to take part. If you give your views, you’ll be automatically entered into a prize draw for £100 of shopping vouchers.

There’s also a guaranteed £15 voucher for anyone who takes part in a one-hour telephone conference (all call costs paid). The conference is at 7-8pm on Thursday 25 May 2010. Places are limited, so please get in touch now if you’d like to take part.

The Council has appointed independent consultants, The Bridge Group, to carry out the research – see www.bridge-group.co.uk. They’ll be doing a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultation with residents in West Oxfordshire during May and June 2010.

They want to find out:

•    What works well about new homes and neighbourhoods?
•    What doesn’t work so well?
•    If you built your home again, how would you change it?

Please tell us what you think:

The Bridge Group has been appointed by West Oxfordshire District Council in partnership with local housing associations to research the quality and success of new homes in the district.  Your opinions will remain confidential, unless you choose otherwise.
Your views will influence the homes of the future and help to identify and address any current issues in your area. For more details see www.westoxon.gov.uk.
