Can we help you?

This section explains what to do if you need a home, what support is available, and how to access services. It also explains what's meant by affordable warmth and provides suggestions about what to do if you experience money problems or nuisance neighbours. If you are already a resident, there are links to the leaflets in the Residents' Handbook. It then explains how you can pay your rent and what your rent pays for. There's information for people who want to part buy and part rent their house, and information for people who are already doing so. There's information about housing and support for people over 55, and information for people wanting to move home, transfer their property, or mutually exchange their property. Lastly it explains Temporary Accommodation and provides useful Web links.
