We operate the following home ownership products (subject to availability):
New build HomeBuy
New build HomeBuy enable you to part-buy and part-rent your own home. Its an ideal option for people who cannot afford to buy a property outright on the open market, because you buy a share in property and pay subsidised rent on the remainder. You can increase your stake in the property by buying more shares. We will list any forthcoming new build schemes for shared ownership on our website as soon as details are available. Our new build schemes can be in any district of Oxfordshire.

Resales
We also offer resales of existing New build HomeBuy properties. These mainly come up in Oxford City in the areas of Greater Leys, Barton and North Oxford. We also have schemes in Witney, Banbury and some rural areas so resale properties may come up here. To be considered for these properties, you need to be registered on your local authority waiting list and with Catalyst Housing Group Ltd.

Our existing schemes
We already have shared ownership properties in the following areas of Oxford, and from time to time, properties in these locations will become available for resale:
Greater Leys - Hawlings Row
Most of our two and three bedroom shared ownership houses are in the Greater Leys area.
Hawlings Row is our newest development, completed in 2004.
North Oxford
The illustration shows our Rackham Place one- and two-bedroom apartments built in 2004/5.
We also have two further schemes at the Waterways development, which include one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Barton
Our development of two- and three-bedroom houses at Hubble Close, Barton were developed in 2003/4 for shared ownership.
We also have developments in the following areas outside of Oxford:
Marshall Road, Banbury
A new development of 22 apartments including one- and two-bedroom apartments built in 2006.
The apartments are part of a popular new development in the centre of Banbury and are within walking distance of the town centre.
Madley Park, Witney
A scheme of 10 houses and apartments for shared ownership, including two- and three- bedroom houses.
